I'm a licensed professional counselor and clinical supervisor with thirteen years of experience specializing in attachment trauma, inner child healing, and the protective patterns we develop just to stay connected to the people we love.
I spent the first part of my career working with children. And somewhere along the way I realized that most of the adults I knew — myself included — were still being run by the same little kid who learned early on that love was something you had to earn, keep, or protect by making yourself useful. By being the one who held it together. By never being too much, or not enough, or anything that might make someone leave.
That realization changed everything about how I practice. And eventually it changed everything about why I created this.
What lives here isn't therapy. It's everything I've learned — from the research, from the room, and from my own life — translated into something you can actually use. Frameworks, guides, and tools built for people who are smart enough to understand their patterns and exhausted enough to finally want something to change.
If you've done the work, read the books, maybe even sat across from a therapist — and something still feels stuck — you're in the right place. Understanding yourself was never the finish line. This is what comes next.
