Clinical supervision for therapists who want to think deeply and grow intentionally.
I’m glad you’re here.
There are therapists looking for the cheapest supervision, the easiest supervision, or simply a place to get their hours signed off.
And then there are therapists who want more from this season of their career — who want to invest in themselves, think deeply about the work, be challenged, and build a strong clinical foundation from the beginning.
If that’s you, you’re in the right place.
Starting out as a therapist can be exciting, intimidating, and humbling all at once. You’re learning how to trust yourself, how to sit with uncertainty, and how to navigate the moments when you leave a session thinking, What the hell just happened?
I want supervision to be a place where you can bring all of that — the questions, the messy cases, the self-doubt, the wins, and the moments you genuinely have no idea what to do next — and know that we can slow it down, think it through, and help you keep growing into the clinician you want to become.
A little bit about me
Outside of being a therapist and supervisor, I’m a business owner, homeschool mom, and lifelong learner.
I’m naturally curious, direct, and always interested in understanding why people do what they do. I tell my son all the time, if you think you already know everything, you won’t be able to learn — and I believe that deeply, both in life and in this work.
I value authenticity, transparency (what I call the 6th love language), humility, and humor. As a supervisor, I’m engaged, honest, and pretty informal. You can bring the “dumb” question, the awkward moment, the case that has you completely stumped, or the client who got under your skin. I’ll support you, challenge you, and help you think it through without making you feel like shit for still being in the process of learning.

How I Think Clinically
My lens is strongly attachment-focused. I’m always looking beneath the surface at protective parts, emotional regulation, and relationship dynamics.
I believe good therapy requires curiosity, humility, and enough self-awareness to notice when our own wounds, beliefs, or assumptions may be influencing the work.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Individual clinical supervision is $150 per session. We’ll talk through frequency, scheduling, and what supervision will look like during your initial interview.
-
We may work through difficult cases, case conceptualization, attachment and relational dynamics, ethics, boundaries, countertransference, imposter syndrome, and more. We’ll also practice noticing what isn’t being said and learning how to respond to what may be happening underneath the client’s words or behavior.
-
Yes. I offer virtual supervision when appropriate and when it meets current South Carolina licensure requirements.
-
If something urgent comes up with a client, you don’t need to wait until our next scheduled meeting. We’ll talk upfront about how to contact me between sessions, what situations require more immediate consultation, and what steps to take if I’m unavailable. My goal is for you to feel supported while also helping you build confidence in handling difficult clinical situations appropriately.
-
I start with a brief supervision interview before we commit to working together. I want to hear about where you are in the licensure process, the kind of clinician you want to become, what you’re hoping to get from supervision, and what kind of support helps you learn best. You should be choosing your supervisor thoughtfully — and I want to make sure I’m the right person for you too.
-
Absolutely not. I’ll naturally bring my attachment-focused, trauma-informed, parts-informed lens into supervision, but my goal is not to turn you into a copy of me. I want to help you understand why you’re making the clinical choices you’re making and develop a style that feels authentic to you..
-
Most supervisees meet with me regularly (usually weekly) throughout the licensure process, with frequency depending on your caseload, supervision requirements, and where you are in your development as a clinician. We’ll talk through what makes the most sense for you during your initial interview and make sure your schedule meets the requirements for licensure.
-
Yes. Working with more than one supervisor can give you exposure to different clinical perspectives, specialties, and areas of expertise. If you’re working with another supervisor while working with me, I do require permission for us to communicate throughout the supervision process. This helps us stay on the same page, keep our roles and responsibilities clear, and make sure there aren’t important gaps in communication if a clinical or ethical concern comes up.

If you’re looking for supervision that goes beyond checking off hours — and you want a space to ask questions, think deeply, be challenged, and grow into your own clinical voice — I’d love to talk with you.
Because supervision is such an important relationship, I start with a 15 minute phone consultation so we can both make sure it feels like a good fit.
