Live with Intention
Helping high-performing professionals and entrepreneurs live with more intention—in work, relationships, and life.
You’ve spent years building a life that works. But is it the life you actually want?
You have spent your whole life meeting expectations, doing what needs to be done, and showing up for the people who count on you.
But when you’re always asking “What am I supposed to do?” it can become easy to miss the question, “What do I actually want?”
Maybe you chose the practical career because you were good at it. Took on the role people expected you to take. Became the provider, the problem-solver, the dependable one. You kept moving forward because that’s what you were supposed to do.
Maybe you say yes when you want to say no. You feel guilty disappointing people. You talk yourself out of ideas before you ever try them. You keep making choices based on what makes sense, what is expected, or what keeps everyone else comfortable.
Live with Intention is one-on-one life coaching for high-functioning professionals, entrepreneurs, and people navigating midlife transitions, career dissatisfaction, imposter syndrome, people-pleasing, and questions about identity, purpose, and what they actually want for their life.
How I help
I didn’t set out to specialize in this kind of work.
I stumbled into it through my therapy practice.
Again and again, I found myself working with high-functioning men who had done what they were supposed to do. They built careers, supported families, became successful, responsible, dependable people—and then somewhere in midlife, they started questioning whether the life they had built actually fit them.
Some were questioning their work. Some were struggling to speak up about what they wanted in their relationships. Some were realizing how much of their life had been shaped by expectations, self-doubt, or the pressure to get things right.
And I realized I love this work. It matters to me. Your ability to find true fulfillment in life matters to me.
My background as a therapist helps me recognize the patterns underneath perfectionism, people-pleasing, imposter syndrome, self-doubt, and the tendency to talk yourself out of what you want before you ever give yourself a chance to pursue it.
And I also understand the world many of my clients are living in.
I’m a business owner myself and am also the wife and daughter of business owners. I understand what it’s like when decisions about purpose, freedom, work, and fulfillment are tied up with money, responsibility, family, risk, and the reality that other people may depend on you.
So this work is not about telling you to blow up your life or “follow your passion” without thinking through the consequences.
It is about helping you get clearer on who you are, what matters to you now, and what changes would actually make your life feel more like your own.
Together, we may focus on:
getting clear on what actually matters to you
exploring whether the life you’ve built still fits who you are
figuring out what you want the next season of your life to look like
creating boundaries that protect your time, energy, and relationships
communicating more clearly and intentionally with the people you love
learning how to navigate conflict without avoiding it or overexplaining
making more room for relationships, rest, meaning, and experiences outside of work
making decisions based on your values instead of expectations
becoming more intentional about how you spend your time
creating a healthier work/life balance
building a life that feels meaningful
You get to decide what comes next.
Maybe the answer is a big change. Maybe it isn’t.
You may discover that you want a different career, a different role, stronger boundaries, more room for creativity, more time with the people you love, or simply more freedom to be yourself without constantly asking whether you’re doing it “right.”
The point isn’t to replace one set of rules with another.
It’s to know yourself well enough—and trust yourself enough—to make choices that are actually yours.
There is a lot of life left to live.
You get to be intentional about what you do with it.
If you’re ready to think more intentionally about what you want your life to look like—and start making choices that reflect it—I’d love to work with you.
